Cadence Consulting Group, LLC - Focused Strategies | Disciplined Execution | Superior Results
Bradley S. Schneider
Managing Principal

Brad Schneider formed Cadence Consulting Group, LLC and Lead-Out Capital Partners, LLC in 2008.  Immediately prior to that, Brad served as the interim COO for a $60 million business services company, guiding them through the transition from an entrepreneurial to a more professional management style.  Preceding that engagement, Brad worked five years as a director in the strategy consulting practice of Blackman Kallick, a large, independent accounting/consulting firm in Chicago.  He was also a co-founder and co-director of the firm’s Family Business Center.

Brad also worked in the strategic consulting practices of two national consulting firms as well as a small, Chicago-based consultancy serving family-owned and closely held businesses. In addition, Brad held senior strategic planning positions at Sears and Commerce Clearing House in Chicago.

Before joining Blackman Kallick, Brad owned and managed a boutique life insurance agency, assisting entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals in developing long-term wealth and transition strategies for their families and businesses.

As summarized above, Brad has over 25 years of consulting and operations experience with both large and mid-size firms in the areas of business strategy, business succession, organization design and development, post-merger integration, corporate governance and family business matters. He has helped clients define and clearly articulate their missions and goals; develop and implement their business strategies around those goals: and design and build effective organizations appropriate to the strategies. Brad has provided strategic services for organizations in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, technology, retail, publishing, transportation and not-for-profit organizations.

Brad holds a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Industrial Engineering, also from Northwestern. He is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA®).
